The location of our restaurant is called Collio, a specific area of our Region, Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is an extraordinary place full of vineyards and woods with beautiful rivers. It doesn’t end at the boarder but continues in Slovenia with the Brda. Our cuisine, aware of the history of this place, interpretates and enhances local products, choosing to reduce wastes and keeping a limited and sustainable size.
